Love is in the air. This week, I met with my co-host Bee to discuss all things love related; lust, divorce, love languages, apology languages and more! We even touched on the documentary exposing sex for grades in Nigerian & Ghanaian Universities & also on Meghan & Harry’s African tour documentary. So, here’s what we discussed:
Intro: What is love? (1:33)
- a profoundly tender, passionate affection for another person.
- a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.
- sexual passion or desire.
I’d describe love as two things:
- Feelings or emotional attachment & intimacy
- Duty; a task or action that one is required to perform as part of one’s job.
Here’s what I asked:
- How would you define love? (5:34)
- What would you say is the difference between love and lust? (5:50)
- What would you define as unconditional love? (8:58)
- Do you believe in unconditional love? (14:50)
- How can we love each other better? (17:16)
- Unpacking the five love languages. (18:11)
- Unpacking apology languages. (30:06)

Closing statement – dear listeners. I hope you are able to identify your primary love & apology languages. And I’d also like you to do a relationship assessment. What role do you expect a man or woman to play in your life? And if you are a woman what does protection mean to you? This relates to Harry saying he waves “I will always protect my family and now I have a family to protect”.
Lastly, life is for living. in the words of Megan Markle “It is not enough to just survive something. You’ve got to thrive.”
I’d like to thank Bee for joining me today!
